A note to my friends at Typepad

I am beyond frustrated with Typepad at this point. I still cannot log into the site using my preferred browser, Firefox, despite having: gone into my settings, deleted all cookies from Typepad, deleted all saved passwords, then restarting the browser to log in anew. Every time I try, I get kicked back to sign-in page.

I do not have this problem when I sign in using Chrome.

I do not wish to have all of my bookmarks and browser-optimizing plugins in one browser and have to open another if/when I feel like blogging. Your previous attempts to fix this problem were ineffective to the point of farce.

You presumably have an extensive case history in your customer service archives, and you presumably do site testing for your services. See why your site is apparently wetting the bed on user log-in if that user is trying to access it with Firefox 15.0.1. At this point, Typepad is becoming more trouble than it's worth to use. I've been a customer for eight years, but I am suddenly very open to other options.

A quick programming note

A quick programming note: I have not flaked out on the remainder of the  Prep School series. Real-life circumstances (juggling: a password debacle with this account, movers, plumbers, electricians, a chimney sweep, coordinating schedules with one nanny and two babysitters, a follow-up job on the hardwoods PLUS doing my best with the day job, freelance work, a toddler who's got a persistent cough AND a spouse away on a business trip) have sort of slammed into my free time and I didn't want to post the remaining three posts and extra-credit seventh post until I finished researching them.

Tomorrow, I will be in the air for six GLORIOUS solitary and uninterrupted hours and I will have in-flight wifi. Let us all keep our fingers crossed I follow the path of the righteous and do not stray onto the path of mainling Bravo TV and tiny bottles of wine.
