What a year for a new year
I'll be posting the year-end wrap-up detailing how I did on my 104 Things in 2004 shortly. I'm also beginning to compile the 2005 list.
USNWR's Dec 27, 04 feature "50 Ways to Change Your Life" -- which can be broken down in "Simplify," "Stimulate," "Organize," "Get Well," and "Take Stock" -- is a useful starting point for trying to pound protean urges to change into concrete goals. But I'm sure there's something out there beyond making sure the house stays organized and 5 servings of vegetables pop up on the daily diet.
So what are your suggestions for 105 in 2005? And what are some of the things you'd like to do in the new year?
Well, I started compiling my 2005 list several weeks ago (never did finish a 2004 list) but I think I've only got about 20 things on it right now! I've got a ways to go. I'll look at those categories you posted and see if I can come up with some more.
I even ordered my very own The Year of the Smartass datebook. It's way more fun than another failed attempt at a Franklin-like planner. I use my Palm Pilot for most things anyway, but this came with a journal (I still can't get away from pen and paper) and a box of Crayons, so it can't be all bad, right?

The Year of the Smartass? Do tell.

It's from Disgruntled Housewife--something I wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for you! http://www.disgruntledhousewife.com/merch/2005.shtml

Hee. I don't use paper organizers since I have a Palm, but the Smartass planner is tempting.
I got my mom a "Procrastination Planner" this year, and it's quite amusing to go through.

Thanks so much for this idea, Lisa. I would have never thought of doing a "105 in 2005."
I'm starting my list right now.
